Factories Act, 1937.
There are one hundred and sixty five factories with
mechanical power and five factories without mechanical power
on the Register, with a range of products including:
Aircraft, building materials, caravans,
carbon products, cheese, chocolate, cocoa, coffee
extracts, electrical transformers, furniture,
lubricating oil, optical lenses, potato crisps,
radio, radar, television, gramophone records and
gramophones, rubber, tarmacadam, and wood block
floors.
