It has not been found necessary to take any action under
the Public Health (Prevention of Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1925,
relating to tuberculous employees in the milk trade, nor under
the Public Health Act, 1936, Section 172, for the compulsory
removal to hospital of persons suffering from tuberculosis.
