INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD
(a) Milk Supply.
One producer was licensed by the Middlesex County Council
during the year for the production of tuberculin tested milk.

There were three milk dealers licensed to pasteurise milk and nineteen other licences issued, details of which are set out below :

On 1st October, 1949, legislation was revised and some
administrative amendments made, so that licences to pasteurise
are no longer issued by this authority. The under-mentioned

licences were issued in accordance with Regulations made under the Milk (Special Designations) Act, 1949 :
