The ratio of non-notified tuberculosis deaths to total
tuberculosis deaths is 30 per cent. ; of these 28 per cent,
are non-respiratory.
No action has been taken under the Public Health
(Prevention of Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1925 relating to
tuberculous employees in the milk trade, nor under the
Public Health Act, 1925, Section 62, for the compulsory
removal to hospital of persons suffering from tuberculosis.
