Mr. Chairman and Gentlemhn,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report upon the Health and
Sanitary condition of the Urban District of Hayes for the year ending
December 31st, 1925.
This report has been compiled according to the Circular No. 648 which
was despatched from the Ministry of Health on December 10th, 1925.
