    Food Hygiene Six talks and film shows for food traders were given during the winter months of the year but, in spite of letters being sent to all traders concerned and publicity by way of posters, the response was poor, as shown in the table below. It is difficult to persuade employees in the food trades, especially in the restaurant business where many of the workers are part-time women, to give up an evening of their own time.
