Three cases notified as Scarlet Fever were subsequently
rediagnosed on admission to hospital, 1 as sulpha rash, 1 as
tonsilitis, and 1 as toxic erythema.
One case admitted to hospital as a queried Diphtheria was
finally diagnosed as tonsilitis.
Two cases thought to be food poisoning proved on subsequent
investigation not to be so.
Diagnosis was not confirmed in two cases admitted to
hospital as query meningococcal infection.
