TREATMENT CLINICS.

Tonsils and Adenoids:—
Number of cases seen at clinics727

Ringworm.—Seven cases were seen and treated at the clinics.
Impetigo.—One hundred and nineteen cases were treated at
the clinics.
Scabies.—One hundred and three cases were seen.
Other Skin Diseases.—One hundred and twenty-six cases were
seen and treated at the clinics.
Eye Diseases.—One hundred and eighty-nine cases were treated.
Ear Diseases.—One hundred and five cases were seen at the
Minor Ailment Clinics.
The total number of children examined during the year, excluding
those attending the Dental Department, was 9,136.

This number was made up as follows :—

The following help was afforded to children who were found to
require it:—
Twenty-three children were sent to residential schools for physically
defective children.
Three children were supplied with surgical instruments.
The Enfield Children's Care Committee assisted by supplying
boots to school children.
