Four hundred and two visits were paid in respect of children
excluded from elementary schools during the year, and the total
number of inspections and visits for all purposes made by the staff
of the Public Health Department was 10,426.

HOMEWORK.
Twi lve lists containing the names and addresses of 25
outworkers were received during the year. Eleven addresses
of outworkers were forwarded to other districts.

Four offensive trade premises are established in the district
and in connection with these, 2 inspections were made during the
year.
