Owing to the large number of mothers who were attending at
the Ante-Natal Clinic at the Southbury Road Centre, Ponders End,
in July, 1934, the Maternity and Child Welfare Committee determined
to hold three sessions each month instead of two. This
extra session has relieved the congestion at this Clinic, and has
enabled the Medical Officers to give more individual attention to
each case.
