Thirteen addresses of Outworkers have been forwarded to
other districts.
EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN ACT, 1903.
During the year 45 names were received of children employed
out of school hours, and in 4 cases contraventions of the Bye-laws
were found and remedied. The total number of interviews and
visits made under this Act was 15.
MILK.
Frequent inspections were made of the Cowsheds, Dairies, and
Milkshops in the District, and every endeavour made to secure
compliance with the requirements of the Dairies, Cowsheds and
Milkshops Orders and Regulations in force in the District.
