The Public Health (Prevention of Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1925, relate
to tuberculous employees in the milk trade; whilst Section 172 of the Public
Health Act, 1936, gives power to the Local Authority to remove to hospital
certain cases of tuberculosis which are dangerous to other people.
No occasion during the year had occurred in which it has been necessary
to invoke these powers.
