The following table gives the number of births and deaths (registered)
subdivided into the four wards of the district.
It should be remembered that the births are only of those which occurred
in Edmonton and of course of Edmonton addresses: these are the ones
registered in Edmonton. Births which take place outside the district are
not included; this fact accounts for the difference between these figures and
those supplied by the Registrar-General.

The deaths include those taking place outside the District, the information being given us quarterly by the Registrar-General.
