The Public Health (Infectious Disease) Regulations, 1927,
Which came into operation 1/1/28 and revoked the Public Health
(Pneumonia, Malaria, Dysentery, etc.) Regulation, 1919, provided
that Trench Fever is no longer a notifiable disease, but
that Malaria and Dysentery were still notifiable (except where
Malaria has been induced in institutions for therapeutic
purposes).
