The numbers on the register in the middle of the year
were Pulmonary 424 and Non-pulmonary 145 cases. If this
disease were present in the district at the rate holding for the
country, amongst the 50,000 population there would be, Pulmonary
320 and Non-pulmonary 115 cases.
