FOOD AND DRUGS ACT, 1955
In conjunction with 24 other London Boroughs, samples of various foods
were submitted during the year to the Public Analyst for examination for pesticide
residues in foodstuffs.
Appropriate action would be taken by the Authority concerned should unsatisfactory
results be received. A total of 18 samples was taken within this
Borough, all of which were satisfactory.
