ORDINARY MILK.
During the year 114 samples of ordinary milk were procured
and submitted to examination for tuberculosis and bacterial content.
These samples were taken as follows:—
Samples taken at dairymen's premises in the Borough 38
Samples taken from local dairymen or milk sellers on
their rounds in different parts of the Borough 9
Samples taken at Farms in the Borough 67
