I am indebted to Mr. Huggins, the Vaccination Officer, for the particulars in the returns in the subjoined Tables.

During the year 2,785 Forms Q were sent to parents, 413
Forms K and 56 Final Forms K. Form Q is the Form drawing
attention to the requirements of the Vaccination Acts and Form K
refers to cases in default. 384 cases were transferred to this
Borough from other districts.
1,346 names were sent on the H Lists to Public Vaccinators
to be visited-
