Under the Regulations, Pasteurised Milk must not contain

ORDINARY MILK.
During the year 88 samples of ordinary milk were procured
and submitted to examination for tuberculosis and bacterial content.
These samples were taken as follows:—
Samples taken at cowsheds in the Borough 31
