A.—Proceedings under Sections 9, 10 and 16 of the Housing
Act, 1936:—
(1) Number of dwelling houses in respect of which

B.—Proceedings under Public Health Acts:—

FACTORIES ACT, 1937.
The new Factories Act came into force on July 1st, 1938.
This caused considerable alterations of an additional character in
regard to the work. The word "workshop" has now been left
out, and all places where persons are employed are now factories.
