During the year 1,429 Poms Q wore sent to parents, and 100 Forms K.
Forn Q is the Forn drawing.attention to the requirements of the Vaccination
Acts and Pom K refers to eases in default.
788 names were sent on the H lists to Public Vaccinators to be
visited.
