BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS OF ICE CREAM
There were no samples taken during 1940.
FOOD AND DRUGS ACT, 1938
During the year 250 samples of milk and 770 other samples
were t a lien.
Tnree samples of ice cream were taken during the year. The
Public Analyst reports that one sample contained 8% milk fat,
two samples contained 11.8% and 8.3% fat other than milk fat respectively.
