The Hospital is a recognised training school for Fever nurses.
During the year 2 probationers passed the preliminary examination.
The accommodation of the Hospital remained as in 1934, but as
the number of admissions has kept up, all the wards, including the
emergency ones, were kept open during the year.
During the year, 25 cases were operated on for tonsils and
adenoids and 4 for acute mastoiditis, 10 cases for exploration of
uterus and glycerine drainage, 3 cases had blood transfusion.
A complete new fire alarm system has been installed throughout
the Hospital during the year.
