ICE CREAM (HEAT TREATMENT) REGULATIONS, 1947-1952
There are now no manufacturers of ice cream in the area. 38 samples of
ice cream submitted for examination during the year were graded as
follows:-
Grade I 31
Grade II 8
Grade III _
Grade IV _
In two instances advice was sought where refrigerators had broken
down, and arrangements for the proper disposal of stock was made.
