(d) Butter 2.8%. Total fat 9.45% Matter taken up with
turer.
(e) Excess sodium bicarbonate
accounted for taste in pastry Manufacturer informed.
(f) Contained a few spots consisting
of dirty discoloured flour. Not
injurious Warning given.
