The Kent County Council carries out the treatment for cases
of tuberculosis, and during the year the following number of
patients from this District have received treatment.

REGULATIONS, 1930.
PUBLIC HEALTH ACT, 1936, Section 176.
It was not found necessary to take any action under the
above during the year.
ISOLATION HOSPITAL.
Cases of infectious disease from this area are admitted to the
West Kent Joint Isolation Hospital.
LABORATORY WORK.
The bacteriological work in connection with this District is carried out at the Kent County Laboratory, Maidstone, and during the year the following number of specimens have been examined there:—
