GENERAL PROVISION OP HEALTH SERVICES
FOR THE BOROUGH
NATIONAL ASSISTANCE ACT, 1948
Action taken under Section 47.
During the year a number of cases of elderly persons not
receiving proper care and attention (reported to the department)
were visited. It was necessary for action to be taken under the
Act for removal of one person to hospital.
Action taken under Section 50.
It was not necessary to arrange for any burial under this
Section during the year.
