EXPORT OF MEAT.
During the year 174 Certificates were issued at the request of various firms, in connection
with the export of meat to other countries.
In accordance with arrangements of long standing, 27 Naval Officers received training
in meat inspection at the Central Markets, Smithfield, during the year.
