The Meat consisted of 1,044 Sheep and Lambs, 629 Calves, 342 Pigs, 2,081 Quarters of Meat, and 6,826 Joints of Meat. Besides which, there were
condemned in the City Markets on account of putridity 1126 head of Game and Poultry, and 8 Quarters of Venison.
