(b) Ice Cream.
Of 155 samples of ice cream submitted for bacteriological examination, 132 reached
grades 1 or 2 when subjected to the methylene blue reduction test.

(c) Synthetic cream.
32 samples of synthetic bakery filling cream were examined, all of which were reported
to be satisfactory from a bacteriological point of view.
(d) Other commodities.
There were also three other samples, all of which were satisfactory.
