The special designations comprise the following:—
"Certified," "Grade A (tuberculin tested)," "Grade A," "Grade A (pasteurised),"
and "Pasteurised."
Licences to producers of "Certified" and "Grade A (tuberculin tested)" Milk are
granted by the Minister of Health, subject to compliance with conditions which are specified in
the Order.
Licences to sell Milk under the various special designations and for the production of
Pasteurised Milk are authorised to be granted by the Borough Council.
Any such licence is valid for not more than one year and expires on December 31st in
each year.
The following licences were granted in respect of the year 1933:—
