ice cream.
Fried Fish and Fish Curing Premises.
At the end of 1915 there were 65 fried fish vendors' premises in the borough,
at four of which fish curing was also carried on. There were 16 fish curers'
premises, including these four. 228 visits were made by the food inspectors
to these premises during the year.
A large number of these premises are not in compliance with the by-laws
as regards the structure of their premises and apparatus, but as practically
all of them have been in use for some years they are exempt from the
operations of the by-laws in this respect.
