Bakehouses.—At the end of the year there were 180 bakehouses on the
register (i.e., in use), including 21 factory bakehouses. 116 of these were
underground bakehouses.
Restaurant Kitchens.—At the end of 1915, 222 restaurant kitchens were on
the register.
