TUBERCULOSIS
Notifications
The total number of new cases which came to the notice of the
Department during 1964 was 274 compared with 293 in 1963.
The sources of information regarding the new cases were as
follows :

Unnotified at death 6
Transfers from other sanitary authorities 103
Total 274
Deaths
The number of deaths certified as due to various forms of tuberculosis
was 25.
