The following properties were declared Clearance Areas following
my representations :
1-57 (odd), and 4-58 (even), Avening Road.
1-6 (consec.) The Triangle, Zennor Road.
Unfit Houses Closed
Closing Orders were made in respect of whole houses as follows :
202A, 202D and 202F Beechcroft Road.
Closing Orders were made in respect of parts of buildings as
follows :

13 Silverthorne Road
19, 34 and 35 Fernlea Road
In each case the owners had been invited to submit proposals to
render the premises fit for human habitation, but none were
received.
An undertaking was given by the owner to close part of the
building in respect of 11 Cambalt Road.
