Table VIII gives details of the sanitary operations carried out
in the Borough during the year.
The number of drains which were tested was 402 and 872 were
cleansed or repaired. The drains of 9 houses were reconstructed, and
202 drains were partially reconstructed.
Damp conditions have been remedied in 894 premises, and in 16
of these damp courses were inserted.
