TUBERCULOSIS
Notifications.—The total number of new cases which came to
the notice of the Department during 1951 was 716 compared with
671 in 1950.
The sources of information regarding the 716 new cases were as follows:—

Total | 716 |
Deaths.—The number of deaths certified as due to diseases of
a tuberculous nature was 107.
