Population.
The population, corrected after excluding those inmates of
Institutions who do not belong to the Borough, at the middle of
the year, was estimated to be 337,823, and all the rates used in this
Report are calculated on this figure. The corresponding figure for
the year 1922 was 333,820.
Table I. shows the population of each sub-district based on the
above estimation, compared with the Census population.
