Of 317 cases notified in 1909, 84 died in that year, 27 in 1910,
and 11 in 1911, while 146 cases were living at the end of 1911;
of 219 cases notified in 1910, 60 died in that year and 23 in 1911,
while 125 were living at the end of 1911 ; and of 288 cases notified
in 1911, 75 died, leaving 209 alive at the end of the year. This
makes a total of 480 cases as is shown in the previous Table.
In all, 55 of the cases have removed and in most of these cases
it was impossible to find their new residence. In a few cases
this was ascertained and the names and addresses forwarded to
the Medical Officer of Health of the District.
117 discharge certificates were received, 111 on Form C from
Superintending Officers, and six on Form D from Relieving Officers.
Of the 117 certificates, 95 were received from Superintending
Officers of the Wandsworth Union, six from Relieving Officers,
six from Queen Mary's Hospital, Carshalton, two from the Croydon
Union and one each from Isleworth, Holborn, Kingston, Hampstead,
Richmond, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Grove Hospital, Tooting.
