Compared with the decennial average the mortality from
Tubercular disease of the Lungs shows a large reduction, and this
is most marked in Clapham, Putney, Streatham and Wandsworth.
One death from Tubercular disease of the Lungs occurred
in an infant under one year, three in persons from one to five
years, 12 from five to 15 years, 53 from 15 to 25 years, 178 from
25 to 65 years, and 17 over 65 years. From other Tubercular
diseases 13 deaths occurred under one year, 40 from one to five
years, 15 from five to 15 years, 10 from 15 to 25 years, and nine
from 25 to 65 years.
The list which follows shows the occupation of those who
died from Tubercular disease of the Lungs during the year.
