These figures show that io'26 per cent, of the milk samples,
and 6'62 per cent, of the butter samples, were adulterated. This
indicates in the case of the milk samples a falling off from 7.25
per cent, adulteration in 1905; but in the case of the butter, an
improvement, the percentage of impurity in 1905 being 8.96.
