The Tables which follow are inserted at the request of the
Local Government Board and show in detail the deaths of infants
under one year arranged in monthly age periods, and from certain
diseases.
Table XIX. shows the deaths in the whole Borough, and the
six following Tables the deaths in each registration sub-district.
From notifiable diseases five deaths occurred, two from
Scarlet Fever, and three from Diphtheria; 16 from Measles, 28
from Whooping Cough, 269 from Diarrhæal diseases, 125 from
Premature Birth, 173 from Congenital defects or diseases, 42
