REPORT OF THE SUB-COMMITTEE,

The Sub-Committee for the Streatham, Balham and Tooting
Libraries have pleasure in submitting their report for the year
ended 31st March, 1907.
The number of volumes issued to borrowers was 361,935,.
being a daily average of 1,502. This is the highest aggregate
issue for one year since the establishment of the libraries. The
figures of the previous year were 353,061.
The following is a statement of the number of volumes circulated at each library.

Compared with the previous year's statistics these figures show
an increased issue of 8,250 volumes at the Tate Library and 5,853.
at the Tooting Library. The issues at the Balham Library were
5,229 fewer than last year.
