TREES.
The trees in the public roads have been pruned and lopped, new
stakes and wiring have been fixed, and new trees planted where
necessary, at a cost of £231 5s. od.

The six steam rollers (belonging to the Council) have been worked 1 ,536¾ days during the year as under:—
