OF THE
Medical Officer of Health for the Year 1903.
To the Mayor, Aldermen, and Councillors of the
Metropolitan Borough of Wandsworth.
Sir, and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report of
the health and sanitary condition of the Borough for the year
1903.
Population.
The population of the Borough for the year, estimated
according to the methods adopted by the Registrar-General was,
including public institutions, 256,292, compared with 245,803 in
1902, an increase of 11,489.
Table I. shows the population of each sub-district, corrected
and uncorrected, as well as that for the whole Borough.
