During the past year the following lengths of sewers, &c., have
been constructed in the Borough :— Totals.

Sewer Ventilation.
Two of Reeve's Patent Sewer Ventilating Apparatus
have been fixed in the manholes on the sewer in Trewint Street at
a cost of £50: 1: 0.
32 sewer ventilating shafts have been fixed against sides of
houses and 5 columns erected during the year, in lieu of surface
ventilators in the roads which in all cases have been hermetically
sealed.
