In 145 or 64.4 per cent. of the total number of Inquests a
verdict of death from natural causes was returned, in 53 or
percent. from accidental causes, in 16 or 7.1 from suicidal causes,
and in 8 or 3.5 per cent. open verdicts were returned.
Three executions were carried out at the Wandsworth Prison
during the year 1902, compared with one in 1901.
