The Committee take this opportunity of expressing their
indebtedness to the kind friends who manifested such a warm
interest in the welfare of the new library at Tooting by so
generously providing books. This aid did much to facilitate the
opening of the Lending Department. The names of these donors
are given on page 31.
The following is a statement of the number of books in
stock in the different classes of literature at the 31st March,
1903:—
