I have examined the several Accounts of which the foregoing is the Balance
Sheet, and I have compared the several entries credited to the Treasurer with
the vouchers, and I hereby certify that the entries appear to be correct and legal
and that the Balance of the Cash Hook agrees (subject to explanation entered
therein) with the amount which by the Treasurer's own Book appears to have
been in his hands at the time of closing his account.
