I have examined the several Accounts of which the foregoing is the
Balance Sheet, and I have compared the several payments credited
to the Treasurer in the Cash Book with the vouchers, and I hereby
certify that the entries appear to be correct and lawful and that the
Balance of the Cash Book agrees (subject to the explanation on
folio 165 hereof)* with the Balance which by the Treasurer's own
Book appears to have been in his custody at the time of closing
such account.
